Cousins Financial Services will soon be on-line

Cousins Property Group (CPG) now has an offshoot business; Cousins Financial Services (CFS) to accommodate a huge demand in finance from potential buyers of various CPG projects.
CFS is different to other finance brokers as it is a boutique family owned and operated finance business that provides leading financial services and its own stock of properties from house & land packages to multi-million dollar property developments.
CFS will provide its services to CPG clients and the general public including first home buyers right up to big business. CFS will do:

- Investment loans
- Construction loans
- Reverse mortgages
- Lines of credit
- Business loans
- Leasing
- Equipment finance etc.
Cousins Financial Services will be run by Kim Cousins. Kim has had over 9 years experience in sales, business & leadership roles. Kim has been loan writing for more than two and a half years and does residential, commercial & equipment finance. More recently Kim had her own finance business looking after one of the larger real estate groups in Cairns.
Kim has chosen membership for CFS with the MFAA (Mortgage Finance Association of Australia) and Xinc, one of Australia's leading aggregators. Xinc provides a panel of over 40 residential and commercial lenders, boasting the largest panel of commercial lenders of any aggregator in Australia. Xinc also provides state of the art loan software and tools to enable Cousins Financial Services to provide a great all round service.
