Cousins Securties - International Developments and Projects
Cousins Securities has broadened its operations in recent years to Thailand, where it is developing two projects in Chiang Mai province, located 700 km north-west of Bangkok.
Over the past two years the company has established real estate offices in both Bangkok and Chiang Mai, in preparation for the marketing of these projects and general real estate sales.

Raffles Chiang Mai
Raffles Chiang Mai is a six-storey hotel complex consisting of 134 suites, ranging from single-bedroom hotel rooms, to double-bedroom suites and four penthouses.

The proposed residential complex has 10 storeys and consists of 45 units. The complex is a similar design to the proposed Mantova building in Cairns, Far North Queensland.
